On the weekend of May 24th, AVLF’s Safe and Stable Families team attended the 36th Annual Family Law Institute. Staff Attorney Joel Correa was awarded a distinctive scholarship to attend.

Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Atlanta Legal Aid Society are partnered with the Family Law Section Diversity Committee to host a free family law community pop-up clinic at Thomasville Heights Elementary School.

This year’s PurSHOEing Justice was wildly successful, raising more funds for our Safe and Stable Families program than any previous event.

The Attorney-Legal Assistant Partnership connects volunteer attorneys in need of additional help to volunteer legal assistants who are seeking a more immersive pro bono experience.
