Angel moved into her apartment and noticed a terrible smell right away. The Housing Authority came out to inspect the property multiple times. They suggested that she move.
Most of the apartments in Willa’s complex were abandoned. Rats came to her unit looking for food. Her landlord shrugged and provided rat traps.
