I been in this apartment cent 9/29/2017 i put in a work work 1/24/2018 and the nothing was fixed i been with out heat or a oven for 2 years as of this year 2020 in 11/2020 the maintenance try to fix the heater and each time it would go out. So i asked the maintenance Eric about a pile that was rusty and corrode that he tell me it the gas pipe to the heater that i asked whom repair that and he told me the gas company well from a 2 year water leaks the AC closet fall down showing black mold that its in my living room closet as well then the ceiling leaks in the bathroom the wall and ceiling fall down with black mold i try to call the code enforcement the mayor office and nobody from those office never called me back then on a sunday the leg on my patio fall off that hold up my patio and my neighbor balcony. I text the manager about this and she never text or called me not that monday so i called the code enforcement to come and look at this leg to my patio and the lady at the code enforcement tell me on that Tuesday to go to the rent office and tell the manager myself so i did and she did send somebody the nect day and it was that Friday he fixed it but he cause the patio to look like it was safe.i dont have no heat and yesterday the manager called the apartment i was hoping to move into that she tell them in a phone call that i was beening eviction when the apartment only needed to know was i was able to move and i sent them the letter the manager gave me that stated she would not be renewing my lease .i couldnt believe the manager want to see me homeless this apartment was the apartment through atlanta housing authority and hub program that. It was a blessing that i was gone to move in a nice and safe in my age .my son broken his leg that he had 2 surgery on it and still have one more to go because our apartment is not safe on his health and mys he cant be here with me .i try to call the apartment management company and there is none ans i looked for the Secretary of State would know still none that i was told to call the Courthouse and then to call the city they did business in. Until i didnt know where to find help the apartment dont have no company and no escrow account for our 1350 deposit we paid as a deposit..
