Decorated t-shirts lined the event space at the 6th annual Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil, which honored people who lost their lives in Georgia to domestic violence in 2016. The event was hosted by the Partnership Against Domestic Violence as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
