Our low-income clients often receive judgments against landlords or employers who have assets but no intention of paying as ordered. AVLF’s Dollars for Judgments Program leverages the considerable expertise and resources of creditors’ rights attorneys to work on behalf of these low-income clients who have obtained a judgment as a result of an injustice done to them. This innovative program takes the pursuit of justice – and, more to the point, equal justice – to the final step of collecting on the judgment and making our clients whole.
