Mr. Martin is  a partner with Hays Potter & Martin, LLP in Peachtree Corners. Since 1997, he has practiced in commercial litigation and collection, with an emphasis on creditors’ rights. He focuses on commercial lease transactions, fraudulent transfers, bankruptcy litigation, personal property foreclosure actions and commercial landlord tenant litigation. He has presented for the Creditors’ Rights Section of the State Bar, AVLF, and Lorman.
