Join AVLF’s Safe & Stable Families Project for a comprehensive training that will give you the tools and confidence to provide legal assistance to survivors of intimate partner abuse, dating violence, and stalking.
- Legal assistance for survivors of intimate partner abuse, dating violence, and stalking.
- Representing clients in 12-Month Protective Order evidentiary hearings
- Changes to hearing procedures in response to the pandemic
- Preparing for virtual representation
This training has been approved for 3.5 CLE hours with the State Bar of Georgia.
