Learn how to represent survivors in their time of need.

Our staff from the Safe & Stable Families Project will equip you with the necessary tools and confidence to provide legal assistance and representation to survivors of intimate partner abuse and stalking in 12-Month Protective Order hearings. They will discuss changes to hearings in response to the pandemic, and prepare you for virtual representation.

This training has been approved for 3.5 CLE hours.

Our host firm requires that each guest attending confirms that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Registrants will receive a link prior to their arrival to the training from Clear to Go that will prompt them through brief COVID-19 related questions.
