Good news: Your client has won a money judgment in her favor. Bad news: the other party refuses to pay. What can you do? This training will cover the basics of Georgia collection law and practice. It is designed to provide attorneys who are new to collection law the basic tools they need to start collection procedures. Topics will include bank garnishments, wage garnishments, fieri facias, and more.
