About The Program:  
The Beltline. Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Turner Field sale. The rapid transformation of Atlanta’s landscape is touching many lives and neighborhoods, including those of low-income residents who pay low rents on modest homes.  In fact, Atlanta has a long history of dramatic housing shifts – starting in 1936, when we bulldozed a slum called Tech Flats and built the first public housing project in the country, Techwood Homes. How have these changes affected tenants’ rights to safe and habitable homes?
