In order to prepare you, we’ve specifically designed a training that will highlight all that is involved in the process. This training will equip you with the necessary tools to provide legal assistance and representation to victims of intimate partner violence/stalking who are seeking a civil TPO in Fulton County Superior Court. Training topics will include the Dynamics of Domestic Violence, an overview of applicable state and federal law, and the process/logistics of obtaining a TPO in Fulton County. 3.5 CLE credits will be available for this training.
