TRAINING: Representing Survivors of Intimate Partner Abuse in Evidentiary Hearings for Temporary Protective Orders

Learn how to represent survivors in their time of need.
Our staff from the Safe & Stable Families Project will equip you with the necessary tools and confidence to provide legal assistance and representation to survivors of intimate partner abuse, dating violence, and stalking in 12-Month Protective Order hearings. They will also discuss changes to hearings in response to the pandemic, and prepare you for virtual representation.
This training has been approved for 3.5 CLE hours.
