Learn the fundamentals necessary to become a volunteer Guardian ad Litem with AVLF. Over the course of a two day training, you’ll learn what it means to act as an officer of the court advocating for the best interest of children in high-conflict custody disputes.
Topics taught by seasoned attorneys and psychologists include custody & visitation law in Georgia, child development and the psychological impact of custody decisions, addiction and recovery, and domestic violence and children.
Participants must attend both days of training to receive a Certificate of Completion and to volunteer as a guardian ad litem with AVLF.
