Gabrielle lived in an Atlanta apartment with her granddaughter and a live-in aid. When management wanted to renovate her apartment, they temporarily relocated her to another unit.

The new apartment had a horrible bedbug infestation. Gabriella contacted management immediately – and didn’t hear a word for three weeks.

While she waited on the apartment to treat the bedbugs, Gabrielle was forced to go from temporary living situation to temporary living condition – and during that time, she was in recovery from major ankle surgery that made it difficult for her to move around.

AVLF reached out to Attorney Ha Pham, who agreed to help Gabriella. With Attorney Pham’s help, she was moved promptly into a new apartment and given a new bug-free bed.
