Training: Representing Survivors of Intimate Partner Abuse

Learn how to represent survivors in their time of need.
Our staff from the Safe & Stable Families Project will equip you with the necessary tools and confidence to provide legal assistance and representation to survivors of intimate partner abuse and stalking in 12-Month Protective Order hearings. They will discuss changes to hearings in response to the pandemic, and prepare you for virtual representation.
This training has been approved for 3.5 CLE hours.
