Terri assists with the Tenant Talk and Tenant NOW Client Advice programs and serves as a Support Services contact, providing guidance, information, and support to help clients navigate available resources and services.
Terri enjoys being someone others can turn to for assistance and takes pride in contributing to a supportive and welcoming environment. Outside of work, she enjoy crocheting and reading, which give her an opportunity to relax, be creative, and recharge.
