JoQuita “Jo” Etchison is a dedicated legal professional and community leader with more than 25 years of experience in customer service, legal advocacy, administration, and program coordination. She currently serves as a Paralegal within the Safe Families Office. Previously, she was the Senior Paralegal in the Veterans Law Project at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where she provided advocacy, litigation support, and case management services to veterans in underserved communities.
Jo holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Psychology and a candidate for a Doctorate in Business Administration. Known for her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to service, she has extensive experience training staff, coordinating outreach initiatives, and managing community-based programs.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jo is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where she is passionate about sisterhood, scholarship, service, and community engagement.
