Our Family Law Program ensures that survivors of intimate partner abuse and families navigating high-conflict custody disputes have access to compassionate, experienced legal support —at no cost.
For many survivors, the Safe Families Office is the first step—offering immediate safety through a Temporary Protective Order (TPO). But safety doesn’t stop there.
Through our Family Law Program, survivors assisted through the Safe Families Office can continue their path toward stability by accessing free legal representation in:
- Divorce proceedings
- Child custody
- Child support
- Spousal support
- Legitimation and related family law matters

Our program connects clients with skilled volunteer attorneys who walk alongside them through each stage of their case—helping rebuild a stronger, safer future for their families.
