AVLF at the Movies on Hiatus
LAUREN FRAZIER | JUNE 26, 2018
Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation is announcing a temporary hiatus on our AVLF at the Movies event.
For those of you who have attended AVLF at the Movies in the past, you know that this event is one of AVLF’s most powerful platforms to bring together the greater community for an important conversation about domestic violence and housing issues. Since 2014, this event has provided an open forum for individuals to gain insight into the complexities surrounding intimate partner violence, and offers more information about available resources for those in need.
Recently, AVLF has experienced significant growth as an organization. While this means that we will be able to create more opportunities for impact throughout the community, it also means that we need to place some of our events on hiatus while we focus on expanding our programs. As a result, AVLF at the Movies has been postponed until 2019.
We look forward to bringing back this event next year in an even greater way! In the meantime, please continue to follow us on social media for updates and more information about how you can be involved.
Thank you for your continued support!
