Atlanta Rising Prevention Pilot
Everyone deserves a stable place to call home. That’s why AVLF is partnering with Partners for HOME on the Atlanta Rising Prevention Pilot, a new program built to help households facing the risk of losing their housing stay safely and stably in place. Through flexible financial assistance and supportive services, this is part of a broader effort to help hundreds of families across metro Atlanta remain in their homes.
Because this pilot is also part of a research study, it will begin with a limited number of participants selected at random from among eligible applicants. As a pilot program, this is an early phase of a larger effort. We are hoping that what we learn here will directly shape how these resources grow to serve more of our community in the years ahead.

AVLF’s Atlanta Rising Prevention Pilot referral form is temporarily paused due to a high volume of screenings currently being reviewed.
Our team is working to process existing referrals and screenings as quickly as possible before accepting additional submissions. This temporary pause will help ensure that households already referred receive timely review and follow-up.
Please check back for updates regarding when the referral form will reopen.
