How to Get Help

For immediate assistance and safety planning, head to the Safe Families Office in the Fulton County Courthouse.

Fulton County Courthouse (8th Floor)
136 Pryor Street
Atlanta, GA 30316

Once there, the joint team from Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation will help you devise a safety plan and consider what protection the law can offer. Should a Temporary Protective Order be part of the plan, you will be fully supported in your effort to secure that Order.

If you have questions, you can contact the Safe Families Office at 404-612-4316, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
