Executive Assistant & Chaos Coordinator. Nicole keeps up with the Executive Director, Michael Lucas, and Deputy Director, Juan Figueroa to make sure they’ve got the p’s and q’s of projects, processes, and people sorted out. She also helps the entire Director team with creative ideas and implements the practices by curating the right resources.

Outside of the office, her life is much of the same, only for her family of six humans and two dogs. Wife to Josh and Mom to two girls (23 & 19) and two boys (14 & 10). She’s like a pinball bouncing between college, baseball, and karate activities. “Now hiring: Clone”
