Kizzy Lewis

Director of Human Resources

Kizzy joined AVLF in June 2024 as the organization’s Director of Human Resources, bringing over 18 years of HR experience in retail, government and non-profit positions. In her role, Kizzy oversees all HR functions for AVLF to include Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Engagement, and overall HR process improvement. 

Kizzy earned her Bachelor of Science from Ga. State University and MBA from Kennesaw State
University.
