We are excited to announce that Michael Lucas, Executive Director of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF), will join the panel at Crossroads Community Ministries’ 2nd Annual Dignity Forum.
An Evening Centered on Dignity
The Dignity Forum brings the community together for an evening of conversation, connection, and care. The central question is one that matters deeply to all of us who serve neighbors in need: how do we continue serving our community with dignity?
Dignity is at the heart of effective service. It shapes how we welcome people, how we listen, and how we work alongside them to solve problems. Events like this one create space for organizations, advocates, and community members to learn from one another and strengthen the way we show up for our neighbors.
Michael will bring his experience in housing justice, legal services, and community advocacy to the panel. At AVLF, our work is built on the belief that everyone deserves access to legal help, especially when the stakes involve something as fundamental as a home. That perspective, along with the insights of the other panelists, will make for a rich and meaningful discussion.
