AVLF has once again brought together legal professionals, firms, and corporations in Atlanta for the annual AVLF Cup. This prestigious event not only brings together legal professionals from various backgrounds to compete in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere but also honors outstanding individuals and firms for their dedication to advancing access to justice.
Since it’s inception, the AVLF Cup’s primary goal is to raise awareness and funds to support our vital work in providing pro bono legal aid to those who need it most. Teams are placed in categories based on their firm size and can win the AVLF Cup by either 1) raising the most money for the AVLF Annual Campaign, 2) scoring the most points in the AVLF Cup competition, or 3) having the highest number of volunteer hours dedicated over the course of the year. ‘
We have raised over $600,000 since launching the AVLF Cup in 2021, fueling crucial resources for free legal and social services to Atlanta’s most vulnerable neighbors.
