On Thursday, November 3, the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF) held their annual Winetasting, a celebration of the supporters who enable the organization’s work to create safe and stable homes and families in Atlanta.

“This gathering is our way of bringing together the community of people who
share that belief and to acknowledge their commitment as donors, volunteers, and partners.”

More than 1,000 people attended the event held at the Alliance Theater. “At AVLF, we believe that no one standing up for their rights should have to do it alone,” said Michael Lucas,  Executive Director. “This gathering is our way of bringing together the community of people who share that belief and to acknowledge their commitment as donors, volunteers, and partners.”

The Winetasting is held to recognize the law firm, corporate, foundation and individuals donors who help raise annual funds for the organization. Attendees tasted select wines and spirits donated by United Distributors, Inc. In 2022, those supporters have contributed almost $1.5 million in total.

We want to say thank you to our event sponsors.
