Ms. H, her three children, and her niece moved into an apartment and immediately noticed a severe bed bug issue. A leak in the pipes caused the ceiling to sag and mold to grow. Her living room furniture was destroyed by the water leaking into the living room. One of Ms. H’s children has asthma, and the mold aggravated the condition into asthmatic bronchitis, so the child had to be admitted to the hospital.
