Our Culture
At AVLF, we’re committed to doing meaningful work, and we believe that a strong, united team amplifies our impact. That’s why, once a month, we come together for an all-team meeting. Some months, we add a little fun with chili cook-offs or bake-offs. Our team is also active in the community, whether it’s participating in events or walking together in the Pride parade.
