Starting in February 2020, we’re offering a new opportunity for attorneys who’d like to learn more about eviction cases in Fulton County.
On the first Thursday of each month from 12:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., we’re offering an attorney-led observation trip to Fulton County Magistrate Court to observe and learn about dispossessory mediations and hearings.
These courthouse visits are intended to help attorneys who are interested in taking a dispossessory case learn more about procedure before they represent a client, and will serve as a refresher for anyone who hasn’t been to dispossessory courtin a while and wants a brush-up before they take another case.
