Probate Information Center

Every other Monday, from 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Fulton County Courthouse, volunteer attorneys provide free 30 minute consultations for individuals with questions about probate matters, where the deceased person lived in Fulton County. 

The attorneys advise clients on such matters as administration of simple estates (testate or intestate), estate issues involving debts, claims, or expenses,  and how to petition for year's support or update a title to real estate as well as explanations of the duties of a personal representative of an estate.
